I like that the website has car insurance customer reviews because one thing I look for when shopping for car insurance is how well a company treats their customers. As I was browsing through the list of customer reviews, I noticed that 1) there are alot of car insurance companies out there and 2) only a handful of companies received a 4 or 5-star rating.
