Bummer.  The 2011 Audi RS5 is not planned for the USA, but that doesn't mean we can't enjoy creating a video about it!  This sleek and elegant coupe will be revealed at the Geneva Auto Show which runs from March 4-18th.

Audi A1 In the Virtual World

Audi enthusiasts who also love playing video games on PlayStation will appreciate this latest news.  The car maker has inked a deal with Sony and created a home within the PlayStation Home platform.

This new home is called Audi Space, a virtual world where players can test drive the new A1 and compete in the Audi Vertical Run racing game. The racetrack leads players between high-rise buildings and high above the roofs of the city which are based on the skylines of Tokyo and Shanghai.

So, what's the grand prize of this game? A lavishly designed Audi Apartments which can be found above the skyscrapers of the PlayStation world, with a view of the mountains.

Use of Audi Space, including the virtual test drives, is free of charge for all PlayStation3 players. The only requirement is the downloading of PlayStation Home onto the console.

We love that Audi is taking steps to create more brand awareness in the virtual world. It'll be interesting to see what else they come up with!

Audi Teaser: Green Police Super Bowl Ad

Those of us football fans are excited for this is Super Bowl weekend!  As it has done for the past several years, Audi will be participating in the festivities with an interesting Super Bowl ad.

Another preview of the Audi Green Police ad is the available download of the theme song of the spot. The legendary rock group Cheap Trick returned to the recording studio to remake their smash hit “Dream Police” into “Green Police” Fans also can find that download by going to the Audi Facebook page .
